All 3D items are non-refundable, as we can not control how they are handled by customer once delivered. All items are of high quality and are checked and securely packaged. 3D items are robust but if handled roughly especially Dragons they can break. They are made in Cape Town and can look slightly different in color due to iridescent filament used.
