Refund policy
We strive to package your order with the utmost care so it arrives in perfect condition. However, once the package leaves our facility, we cannot control how it is handled during transit. If you receive a package that does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us within 24 hours at thebookcozi@gmail.com, including supporting pictures. We will promptly investigate the issue to ensure your satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding!
If you receive the wrong item email us , so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-damaged exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),Clothing, Blankets and Book boxes. These items where made to your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges We are happy to review your request to exchange. Once approved then we will instructed you on postage instruction. All exchange postage will be at your expense.
