Shipping policy

It’ll take about 5-7 days to process your order, unless we let you know otherwise in the product information. Orders are fulfilled once payment has been received. Keep an eye on your inbox – we’ll send you an email once your order is on its way! 

We’re super excited to offer shipping all across South Africa, and we’ve teamed up with two budget-friendly courier options: Paxi and Pudo. Just a quick note – we don’t have a collection option available, but we’re here to deliver right to your door or convenient Pep / Pudo.
